Data Access Services: More than 10 catalogs including USNO A2.0, 2MASS (partial), GSC, Tycho, Hipparcos, etc. can be accessed through China-VO DAS services. 2. Technical Demo: Abundance gradients statistical analysis. In the GT3 based demo, computing services, statistical analysis services, visualization services are included. 3. IVOA Small Project Meeting: More than 30 representatives from AstroGrid, India-VO, JVO, KVO, China-VO, and Peter Quinn attended the 3-days meeting. 4. Funding proposal: Just before the Spring Festival, we submitted funding proposals to NSF-China and Chinese Academy of Science. Wwork efforts in the first half of the year In the first half of the year, there are some specific tasks for the China-VO including: 1. To make our DAS services and Demos accessible to IVOA partners and the public; 2. To make SDSS DR1 SkyServer mirror accessible to the public; 3. To develop a VOTable-OpenOffice connector using XSLT; 4. To design more science-oriented demos collaborating with astronomers; 5. To improve the service quality of World Data Center for Astronomy (WDC-Astronomy). 6.
