It was discovered that multiple wiki pages exist 
for the "Publishing In The VO" topic with similar 
name and content, specifically:

PublishingInTheVO - the actual one to keep
PublishingInTheVO2018 - whose info is 99% included in the main [not linked nor is linked]
PublishingInTheVONew - simply redirects to the main one
PublishingInTheVOOld - outdated data [only linked in the _VONew one (now not so, see PS below]
PublishingIntro2018 - a restart attempt [not linked nor is linked]

Executed plan has been to 
- remove: *InTheVO2018, *InTheVOOld, *Intro2018
- change the "Guide To Publishing in the VO" link 
available on the footer of the ivoa.net web pages 
to point to the PublishingInTheVO wiki topic

Doing so only the *InTheVONew survived, that actually 
redirects automatically to the right wiki page and is 
referred to in meeting minutes and other links
in wiki topics.
