Discussion on VOStore vs VOSpace
- There is a desire to have independently accessible VOStores which does NOT make it mandatory
to access them via VOSpace.
- group ownership will be left out from VOStore V1.0

Conclusion: 
- Detach standarization of group attributes from that of certificates, i.e., group 
attributes will be tackled sometime 2006
- no objections to Guy's proposed initial CA model
