== Welcome back from northern summer leaves and a summary explanation of the RFC page and process.

== VEPs 006 & 007 discussion.
Missing Markus (who proposed the topic) François summarises the status of discussion on these 2 VEPs.
VEP-006 might not be yet ready, an agreement on it is lacking.
VEP-007 seems less controversial but hasn't had a real discussion.
Approval postponed.

== WG/IG groups status: round table

= Apps [Adrian]
Tom D. on leave, Adrian reports.
Had a coordination meeting for Apps in July.
Some decisions on wiki page of Apps and more github repo porting overseen.
Planning a meeting in September.

= DAL [James]
ADQL-2.1 PR up for discussion out in June, RFC soon.
SSIG EPN-1.0 PR is up in pages and RFC soon.
A DAL running meeting is foreseen in the next few weeks.

= DM [Laurent]
ObsLocTAP REC in July.
DM workshop ended as a success: now working on the comprimse on annotation syntax.
STC2 will then move on together with CUBE and MANGO.
Contribution to ADASS (Laurent plus Mireille and François) on using data models in TAP.

= GWS [Giuliano]
Updating github repo with GWS standards:
- VOSpace (Dave & al.) to move it to new WD
- GMS: going for RFC right now (thx to Brian)
Telco in July on SSO and CDP and planning another one in Sep.
Need to find editors for those standards: maybe Sara Bertocco for SSO, CDP wanted
Discussion with Gerard (Theory) on science platforms, maybe a workshop in the near future.

Brings focus on VODataService-1.2 in need for review.

Nothing to report, Note on DOI to move on.

= Edu [Hendrik]
Request to all TCG: collect list of education material and tutorials.

If you have any, contribute to Edu to upgrade the page.
Aiming for lists of tutorials, not tutorials themselves becasue they are more difficult to curate.

Continues monitoring of services and registries.
Follow up from last interop with Ops/DAL processes.
Upgrades to validators, like testing UCDs and VOUnits in TAP services.

= Radio [Mark L. & François]
Fairly quiet summer with ESCAPE work in EU and US planning a meeting with Arecibo archive people.
François is pre-drafting an obscore extension for Radio data.

= SSIG [Anne]
Anne trying to catch up with the role and scenario.
Baptiste and Anne had a coordination meeting to review the work.
A meeting expected in September..

= Theory [Gerard]
Discussed with GWS for follow up un science platforms.

== Ada (CSP) asks about PyVO/astropy meetings and SpectrumDM DAL/DM follow ups.

= PyVO/astropy
Adrain: will discuss PyVO follow up meetings/solution with Tom (in September)

= Spectral data updates (out of Vandana's Interop presentation)
A DAL running meeting discussed this.
Vandana's point turned out to be more DM than DAL related.
Possibly an addendum or errata to current SpecDM version, full solution after CUBE DM.
SSAP will cover other aspects realetd to spectral data access.

== November Interop details and summary of the short meeting solution
Early September will see a save the date announcement.
Rely on "invited" conrtributions rather than general contribution call, 
also because the meeting will be a short one.
A larger call for contribution, without consolatory prize (like posters) creates issues in scheduling.
Pre-meeting Edu newcomers session foreseen. Hendrik and Dave looking forward to improve May's one or the tutorial at ADASS.
A better advertising of recorded sessions, also from last interops, might be useful.
Media Group might help, ask the Exec on its status.

== Experience with mixed/hybrid physical/remote meetings?

Discussion follows, highlighting criticalities and ideas:
- hybrid meeting with usual organisation won't work (not inclusive of remote partners)
- hybrid meetings might require specific (movie director's like) resources and investment
- remote audience has proved important, need to find a solution not to lose it
- rotate physical with virtual, maybe targeted short topics 
- looking forward to hybrid solutions/attempts in the near future
- TCG members asked to report whatever they find useful on this topic

== Architecture document
With RFC stage as the stop mark, waiting GMS to go through it to finalise the AAI section and the document.
