VODataService-1.2 has finished RFC period, ready to be sent to Exec for approval.
SimpleDALRegExt-1.2 gains back importance, request to focus on it.
Also GMS-1.0 and EPN-TAP-2.0 are in RFC page, continue RFC.

Alerted that the RFC template page (https://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/TemplateRFC) 
has been updated to clean WG/IG/committees lists.

--- Interop schedule

Request fo GWS session (SSO and VOSpace topics) to be accounted for.

Request for a better time of day solution for the Theory session.
Solution might be a swap Theory<->Ops, to be confirmed after checking with Ops session contributors.
(involves session #8 and #17, at the time of writing)

Discussion on Radio+TD session and GWS session addition brings in the need for adding more session slots.
This involves splitting 6:00UTC session slot for Wed.3 and Thu.4 into 5:00UTC and 6:30UTC sessions.
GWS will use one, Radio+TD might use the other, unless they succeed in having a pre-interop meeting to 
cover the common topic.

Edu newcomers intro are planned, Hendrik and Dave focusing more on the, similar, ADASS tutorial as of now, 
but have plans for the Interop already.

CSP will have a session with panel discussion on communication between users and services.

Hybrid interops discussion will probably go to a special meeting instead of using a slot in the already 
crowded interop's agenda.

Gather.town poster session attempt.
Mark T. reports ADASS POC/LOC agrees on IVOA using the same gather.town setup.
Hendrik is in contact with ADASS gather.town managers to see how to set it up, 
"Copying" the place might be worthless if too many posters are involved.
Still unclear how many users will try gather.town in the breaks.
Mark T. will get in touch with ADASS POC again to secure the agreement.
Gather.town needs to be properly set into Interop's schedule.

Pat reports the document is basically complete and can be sent to Exec for Endorsement
(being TCG written, it's better the endorsement comes from Exec)
Pat also received the source of DocStdProc REC from Christophe and plans to move it into github to resolve 
some issues like the licensing text to be added there.

Ada reports from CSP meeting.
The CSP Interop session will be a panel about communication between services and users.

--- AOB
Mark CD: while working coords seen that a vocabulry for reference frames would be preferable. Markus 
reports it's already in the works and connected to SimpleDALRegExt.
