Spectra

An alternative (entirely experimental) model for spectra, started because MCH got confused about what was already done, but could be used as the play/discussion area for whatever model succeeds the SSA model (May 2004).

• Collection of Fluxes for given Passbands
• Measurements off a spectrograph; could be modelled as above, but better (?) as a set of points...?
