Difference: FormatforUtype (1 vs. 2)

1. How is it compatible with application using together Utypes as defined in previous data models (SSA, Characterisation DM) this new proposed format. we need to query , but also to 'read' and interpret the query response and the Utypes coming back.( ML)

1. Data base manager may prefer (as Daniel, Pat, Alberto) utypes in lower-case when stored in a database.
