Matthew Graham will be chairing VOEvent discussions in Nara.  This session will consist of a status update delivered by Matthew, followed an open discussion on any related topic.  See Matthew if you have slides to present.

 A revision is in progress, responding to comments to date.  Further comment would strengthen the draft!
