ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

InterOp Registration

All participants should register for the IVOA but there is no registration fee. The IVOA will be at the same venue and will precede the 28th ADASS meeting.

If you are registering for ADASS as well please regrister at the ADASS web site. Note that the early registration deadline for ADASS is September 30 and the final submission date for posters and demo booths is October 8, 2018.

Hotel Booking and Travel Information

The IVOA meeting will be held at The Hotel at the University of Maryland immediately preceeding the 28th ADASS meeting. Please see the ADASS logistics page for information on the hotel, directions to the area, and special hotel rates. The deadline for booking at the special hotel rate is October 8, 2018.

Meals will not be provided during the IVOA but there are many nearby restaurants including several in the hotel.
