The Sino-European partnership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, ESA and the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics successfully launched the "lobster eye" Einstein Probe (EP) on Jan. 9, 2024. The EP is a mission dedicated to time-domain high-energy astrophysics. Its primary goals are to discover high-energy transients and monitor variable objects. China-VO team contributed great efforts to the EP Scientific Application System, including Time-domain Astronomical Information Center, proposal system, science platform, etc. More information is available at: https://ep.bao.ac.cn/ep/

    • RegTAP 1.2 RFC - sent for review (Feb 2)
  • May Interop planning

      • Thu/Fri - May 16/17 - Protocol Transitioning Tiger team (P3T) meeting
      • Sat May 18 - Open/Informal meetings
      • Sun May 19 - TCG mtg - 10-15:30; Exec mtg - 16:00-18:00
      • Interop Mon-Fri (May 20-24); ends at 12:15pm local time
    • Folks have asked that the Web site/Program get posted so they can plan travel with their institutions

    • P3T (Protocol tranisitoning tiger team) on Jan23; several folks took action to prototype and bring back to next mtg
