- IILG - 1 session - IVOA & IAU, plenary, can fit into 60'
- DM - 1 session - ObsCore & Extensions, joint or plenary: better plenary and early in the week
- HEIG agrees: Include Radio,Time,HE IGs on extension, DM, DAL, Registry - let's glue this all together! (JE)
- RadioIG agrres as well (MK)
- DM (lead) - 1 session - model modularity, levels, endirsement - full open TCG discussion, plenary
- Semantics - 1 session (no chair in person)
- version transitioning - Registry joint session - early in the week preferrable
- Local plenary with NASA missions, eg Roman and the two probes in Phase A (AXIS and Prima)
- Web Pages & al. - discussion session
- DAL - 2 sessions - ideally in morning time in the US (DAL chair will be remote, in France): e.g. sessions at 9:00 or 11:00
- KD - 1 session (chairs remote)
- Registry - 1 regular session + a 2h hack session in smaller room (with tables if possible) for Registry Spring Cleaning. Both sessions in the morning (chair remote in Paris = UTC+2, vice-chair in person)
- DM - 2 sessions in addition to the above group/plenary meetings; though only 1 may be needed. Nearly all the active DM participants and 1 chair are attending remotely, so 1 morning slot would be greatly appreciated.
- DCP - 1 session : the morning is better (chair is in remote, vice chair in person) - (update) - not on Thursday/Friday, otherwise Gus won't be there
- Ops - 1 session - ideally in morning time in the US on Wednesday or Thursday (Ops vicechair will be remote, in Spain UTC+2): e.g. sessions at 9:00 or 11:00. Perhaps session 8 opposite KD (wed@9)?
- Apps - second, dedicated, session
