• Status of documents and discussion (APM), plus open issues and proposed resolutions (NG, AG, ...)
• Vocabulary explorer and mapping editor (Alasdair Gray)
• Towards an IVOA Vocabulary (APM, NG, SD, ...)
• Vocabularies and the registry (SD)

How about 30min including discussion + 3x20min? Perhaps the status slot should come last, to facilitate open discussion afterwards.
