Topics like:
   * time series
   * orbital elements
   * external schema and references
   * kml
   * registries
   * digital signatures

Also will discuss preparations for VOEvent IV in the Spring.

*VOEvent 2:* Something like "VOEvent: vision for time domain architectures"

VOEvent is a standard that ties together multiple technologies in support of many different kinds of time domain workflows.  Not sure yet of the right mix of presentations and open discussion for such a session.

*VOEvent 3:* 

VOEvent will want to participate in any discussions about vocabularies.  A joint session with Semantics.
