---++ Data model underlying OWLS-GIMIC result files

The model in the diagram below is a reflection of the meta data structure that Joop Schaaye, Tom Theuns and collaborators have designed for the results of their large set of cosmological simulation in the OWLs-GIMIC project of the Virgo collaboration.
Those results are stored in HDF-5 files, ow which the first diagram gives a view.
