with representatives from member countries, a *Committee for Science Priorities (CSP)*, and a 
*Technical Coordination Group (TCG)* made up of *Working Groups (WG) *and* Interest Groups (IG)*. 
The WGs & IGs chairs and vice chairs lead topical sessions at the IVOA Interop meeting.
