*Hope to encourage take up before official REC to get more implementations (which could improve the stability and usage of the standard).*

*First step is to put issues on github ivoatex repo. Considering the IETF approach of RFC stage having a stable enough standard to implement against. Those implementations (done inside or outside the TCG) would lead to better concrete feedback and clarifying of use cases and allow the WGs to limit their scope more to just their group's interest. A full review is really difficult or impossible sometimes without doing some implmentation.*

*Would this speed things up, or slow things down? Would it help with the ordering problems of implementations versus documents.*

*More a matter of making the process more reliable than trying to speed things up.*

*CAOM is an example of something that have been around and implemented against for a while, but has some conflicts with other TCG activities that now need to be resolved.*

*Maybe try to plan a brainstorming/discussion session for TCG members (ideally face-to-face) seeded with gituhub issues and possible accompanying documents.*

*When CS2.0 shows up, it will probably be in a separate repo, starting from scratch with the document. CS1.1 is being worked on as well.*

*Discussing with Francesca: TCG is growing and it's not always easy to discuss everything, and maybe not all IGs are interested in everything. At the same time, the CSP may be missing some voices about priorities. Would it make sense to relax IG required participation in TCG meetings, then increase their coordination with CSP meetings. Also need more activity among CSP membership.*

   * Date for the next TCG vconf
