Proposal process:
   * use UCD-VEP canvas and send to UCD science committee (<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="mailto:ucd-sci@ivoa.net">ucd-sci@ivoa.net</a>)
   * Check the empty UCD-VEP text template file here
   * The science committee will discuss and include UCD-VEP information into the current RFM page
The list of proposed terms is maintained in VEPsForUCD.
