This is a sample document demonstrating how to serialize the spectral energy distribution (SED) of a given target according to the IVOA spectrum data model and as (it will be) defined in the Simple Spectrum Access (SSA) specification. This file was manually generated and its sole purpose is to illustrate the state of the IVOA WG discussion. Markus Dolensky, Garching, 6-Aug-2004 This RESOURCE element is a container holding 1) a global SED object expressed as PARAM element GROUP followed by 3 SED segments expressed as TABLE elements: 2) a single photometry point (1st TABLE element) 3) a 1d spectrum (2nd - " -) 4) a time series of SED points with a common spectral coordinate, but time variant flux 1) Gobal SED and Target Definition
2) SED segment 1: A single photometry point Possible values were taken from Representation of spectral coordinates in FITS, Greisen et al., table 12, revision 10 June 2004, http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/~egreisen/scs_040610.pdf values 0 and 1 are reserved
3) SED segment 2: A 1d spectrum Possible values were taken from Representation of spectral coordinates in FITS, Greisen et al., table 12, revision 10 June 2004, http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/~egreisen/scs_040610.pdf values 0 and 1 are reserved
