Pyvo Registry Data Discovery

Agenda: find consensus on a search pattern for data discovery in pyvo using the registry. Some use cases from pyvo teaching workshops don't match well with the current search features, and adding auxiliary capability suppport, while necessary to solve the use cases in the existing search architecture, causes duplicate record return. A separate search pattern more focused on data-set discovery may help.

new search function, takes:
* keywords
* spectral, spatial, etc filters
returns:
a 'dataresource' class with methods to get
 * services which are associated
 * table/schema/etc information
 * other info?
This SHOULD work with existing registry resources across the RofR for the most part, due to recent changes in the organization of records. The gaps are functionality currently served by the GLoTS service (GLobal Tap Schema), which this working may provide the impetus for updating the last remaining holdout registry records and allow GLoTS to be retired.
