 Agenda/Mtg Notes 
 
-  Debrief/thoughts on last week’s Interop  
-  What worked, what should we note for next time
  -  Thoughts about how you see virtual mtgs fitting in going forward???  
-  Zoom technical good - one person had a problem (should review)
  -  Note taker good
  -  Succes of this encourages meetings without so much email
  -  Likely have to do this again - How do we benefit in the future - face to face & remote  
-  PD experience - room & video; got everyone in their office on video; made everyone have same presents
  -  Hard to include remote & F2F 
   
  -  App session - show case my new app missing (needed more notice for videos)  
-  More show & tell - allow short presentations with discussion instead of so linear and long
   
  -  As successful as they were it was the same folks that chimed in; How do we more actively engage everyone  
-  We encounter that in F2F mtgs too
   
  -  Better carbon footprint; move to one physical and one electronic
  -  Technical and content good - human point of view painful - have to prepare in advance
  -  2-3 weeks stretch out; to sync and prepare better
  -  IVOA newcomers session suggested
  -  Enabled us to engage with more people; more folks invited who wouldn't have traveled for a couple of sessions
  -  Encourage people to speak with a camera
  -  1 hour and 15 minutes for some sessions would have been better
  -  Sessions good for brainstorming- but what about following through and making decisions
  -  Sessions with 2 or 3 talks in one session; interval of 45 min??
  -  Keep healthy gaps between sessions
  -  ** Virtual meeting don't have the 'away time' that trips have; recogintion of traveling virtually
  -  Start planning for a remote meeting in the fall;; ADASS planning for it too
  -  Convergence on topics - in followup sessions from the mtg
  -  Try out the stretched out meeting ...
  -  Fall mtg being virtual is realiztic - we won't have international travel this year; back to normal will come slowly
  -  One week vs. 2 weeks - harder for people to concentrate if spread out; cause of the desity of the mtg, it was ok to support one thing; if it were over 2 weeks would be expected to do job.
  -  Would prefer longer meeting with one longer session per day could be suitable for a longer session
  -  Can't figure out if it will work unless we try it
  -  Missed onversations outside of the mtg - could set up rooms in Zoom to accomodate that
  -  Think about standup meeting to
  -  Could Youtube be used for videos of the sessions??
