IVOA.JonathanMcDowell's suggested name for describing the frequency/wavelength/energy of a photon.  These three values are directly convertable between each other (for a photon) but different disciplines tend to use different ones.

Also modelled here as a misleadingly-named (as opposed to badly named...) [[DataModelPhoton][Photon]].
