This topic collects proposals for modifications of the !ADQL-2.1 specification in order to improve the next revision of the specification.

Following the guidelines to report and accept Errata to IVOA standards here you'll only find listed the proposed features and discussion for subsequents revisions of the this specification.

   * Move from BNF to PEG grammar
   * Filtering on timestamp values
   * Support interval values
   * Support MOC
   * Support array values
   * Support bitwise operators
   * Support hexadecimal values
   * Better support of boolean values (i.e. boolean type ; no more ==1=)
   * Add a substring function (already existing in SQL-92)
   * Extend =DISTANCE()= to other geometries (not only =POINT()=)
   * Add a function returning the polygonal intersection of two geometries: =INTERSECTION()=
   * Unit annotation of values
   * Consider the [[https://www.ogc.org/][OGC]] Standard (!OpenGIS ® Implementation Standard for Geographic information) for ADQL geometries evolution
