VOUnits 1.0 RFC - EXTENSION

Due to implementation requirements the previous PR document : VOUnits 1.0-20130724 and the associated grammar supporting the specification have been updated .

Changes are reported in the appendix Update sections of the new version of this proposed recommendation.

Comments from all working groups are welcome. The review will run for four weeks, from December 5th 2013.
