      * *MS described the Paris meeting taking up topic important to HE as they have done on the past; it was decided the schedule would include time good for folks from other locations to join; the next HEIG meeting will be a session of the Paris mtg*

      * Marco suggested possibbility of a Plenary if we are far enough along to coordinate decisions with other groups
      * *The plenary needs to be planned with Radio, Timing, HEIG for extension content, then DM, DAL, Registry on how to handle extensions to ObsCore in the VO.*
