---++ VOEvent Session: Celestial Transient Event Alerting 

Matthew Graham will be chairing VOEvent discussions in Nara.  This session will consist of a status update delivered by Matthew, followed an open discussion on any related topic.  See Matthew if you have slides to present.

Recent activities of the VOEvent Working Group:

- Roy Williams has been confirmed as Vice Chair
- Many thanks to Alasdair Allan, the former Vice Chair
- Roy and Rob Seaman hosted a very successful tutorial at the Boston ADASS
