---+ VOTable Session, Beijing IVOA Interoperability meeting

The aim of this VOTable session (Tuesday morning) is mainly to come to an agreement for referencing STC (Space/Time Coordinates) in a VOTable, in terms of GROUPs/utypes.  Scenarios were posted on the VOTable list - without answers up to now.  A discussion on this topic took place in Moscow, but the attendance was rather sparse. We hope to reach the conclusions during this meeting.

The other topics are:
   * News from applications
   * how to describe relations between tables (e.g. primary/foreign keys)
   * discussion of changes to the VOTable schema.
