Request for Comment: SSA-1.1 and Spectrum-v1.1

This document serves as the RFC center for the Proposed Recommendation entitled "Simple Spectral Access, Version 1.1". The specification can be found at http://www.ivoa.net/Documents/SSA/20110417/

At the same time the Spectrum Data model document has been updated in order to correct minor inconsitencies in notation with respect to the SSA protocol standard document ( Utypes mispell, UCD, Fits keywords completed.) The specification can be found at http://www.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/IVOADMSpectraWP/PR-SpectrumDM-1.1-20110318.pdf and soon on the IVOA document repository.
