Proposal process:
   * Check the [[https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/VEPsForUCD/VEP-UCD-NNN-template.txt][empty UCD-VEP text template file]]
   * Edit UCD-VEP template and send to (<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="mailto:ucd-sci@ivoa.net">UCD science committee</a> or <a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="mailto:semantics@ivoa.net">Semantics WG</a>)
   * The science committee will discuss and include UCD-VEP information into the current RFM page
The list of proposed terms is maintained in VEPsForUCD.
