o CXC group was awarded a IR&D contract to install the Rubin Science Platform as a research and development project to evaluate the viability of using the RSP as the basis of a science platform at CfA.

   * TCG met on Dec 7 - 1st meeting since Interop
   * Reviewed Interop and folks all felt it went well
   * Review Roadmaps and they are in good shape for Working Groups; Interest Groups asked to get them filled in too
      * We will start reviewing them at TCG meetings - 3 at each mtg
   * Major RFCs in works - MIVOT - Data Model Mapping Syntax
   * Started discussion on May Interop - opened topics - no decisions yet
      * Everyone is looking forward to a face to face meeting
      * How to work it for a hybrid mtg - venue can support it
      * Leg work needed to rpepare for Plenaries in discussion- VO in the Cloud followon, DOIs, Use of JSON over XML
      * Thoughts on Newcomers session & how to run it
