   * The annual meeting, Astroinformatics and Virtual Observatory 2025, will be held November 26-29, 2025 in Hainan. 180+ participants have been registered. The theme of the meeting is "API&MCP". Driven by API&MCP, we hope to provide the community with FAIRable and AI-ready services. More information about the meeting is available at https://nadc.china-vo.org/events/cvo2025.

   * Orgnised the 1st Tech Forum for the Astro-CC project; it was held in INAF-OATs 7-9 October, offered enough room for standards and interoperability discussion, relevant for the EU partners: some content will be reported in interop's sessions.
   * Held a seminar at the Master on Data Management and Curation, organised for students and PhDs by Area Trieste and SISSA: IVOA history, status and challenges.
   * Besides efforts in DAL, DSP, Radio groups, some efforts seems to restart on Theory topics (cross fingers).

   * TCG met 2 twice (as usual) since last Exec
      * Sept. 25th and Oct. 29th
      * plus the hybrid meeting that just happened (Goerlitz, 13 Oct. 13:30 UTC)
   * 2025 Northern Fall's Interop's program has been prepared and discussed
   * work has progressed on documents (on track docs here, see others below)
      * VOEvent-2.1: waiting a few changes before TCG re-review
      * StandardRegExt -1.1 (that has been approved by Exec)
      * MANGO-1.0 undergoing review
      * DALI-1.2 has just started RFC
      * DocRegExt -1.0 has just started RFC
      * DataOrigin -1.1 has been proposed as PEN
      * work in ongoing at various level in Vocabularies
         * full vocabularies
         * VEPs
         * UCDs vocabularisation
   * Radio & HE (&TD) ObsCore exts. are progressing
      * dedicated meetings and session
   * astronet.ru decision
   * IGs coordination roles still to be discussed (but planned)
   * TCG pinged about roadmap preparation (and potentially thinking if it needs changes)
   * Documents Standards will need some time and brainstorm to get to something useful
      * tech-side might provide us some hints
      * see "dedicated" session on Sunday
