SAMP Document

The most recent public release of the SAMP document is available at the IVOA Documents Page. Versions in progress for discussion may be found at SampDoc.

MTypes

An MType is the name for a short string which defines the semantics of a given SAMP message. A few administrative MTypes are defined in the SAMP document. A tentative list of MTypes in use in applications can be found at SampMTypes. This may be formalised into an IVOA Note at some point.
