Vocabularies working area

This is a scratch area for the various ongoing vocabularies projects.

Vocabularies in the document

One of the open issues (vocabset-5) is to decide which vocabularies to include in the standard document. There are six vocabularies which have been associated with the draft standardisation process, namely the A&A journal keyword list, the IVOA AOIM list, the 1993 IAU thesaurus, an IVOA Thesaurus based on that, a UCD1+ vocabulary (though there are some questions about whether that's a vocabulary of concepts, or a set of types), and a SKOS version of the list of constellations. There are multiple informal keyword lists associated with the VOEvent arena (see Roy's message and Rob's). The way to make progress here is possibly to have various people adopt a vocabulary, for the period leading up to the standardisation.

Is this a good list? Ought there to be more, or fewer? Volunteers? The VOEvent lists should be pretty trivial to set up, but would need someone to push them along.
