DataLink version 1.0 Proposed Erratum 2: Hanging if clause in §4.3 (text amendment)

Rationale

In the process of moving the DataLink-1.0 into the ivoa-std GitHub repo, a sentence in §4.3 (page 22) was spotted that is unclear (see DataLink issue #1). This erratum proposes a small text change (substitute a period with a comma) that makes the sentence meaningful.

This Erratum proposes to change, in §4.3 of DataLink - Version 1.0 the sentence:

If this SIA service supported querying specific data collections via
a custom parameter named COLLECTION. The following PARAM describes the
custom parameter, including the possible values:

with the following one:

parameter named COLLECTION, the following PARAM would describe the
custom parameter, including the possible values:

That is, removing the period after the term COLLECTION, and replacing it with a comma. This change will make the full sentence meaningful.

Impact Assessment

The proposed change doesn't impact any part of DataLink implementations since it simply amends a sentence in the text that was otherwise unclear.
