Program for October 2016 Interop in Trieste, Italy

Coffee breaks will be served in the Hall. During the lunch breaks, catered meals have been organised free of charge and will be served in the Hall.

IVOA Jogging: Saturday morning at 7:00 Federico and Giuliano will lead you in a 5 km jog across the old harbour of Trieste.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the presence of two cruise ships nearby the Conference Venue, for safety reasons we need to forward to the Authorities the ID details of all IVOA participants. Please provide this info to the Secretariat to your earliest convenience, and in any case within Friday 21th morning. Moreover, to access the venue you will be asked to show your ID at the entrance, so please make sure to have it with you before reaching the conference centre. Thanks for your cooperation.

For those arriving on Saturday 22nd, please send to the Secretariat (adass2016@theoffice.it) a scanned copy of your ID by Friday 21th morning.

Here is a map of the available meeting rooms at Stazione Marittima - Plenary sessions will take place in the "Saturnia" room; splinters will use the "Oceania" and "Vulcania1" as well. An additional room ("Vulcania2", to be booked with the Secretariat) is available for small meetings. Coffee breaks and catered lunches will be served in the Hall.

You are welcome to use the rooms in the late afternoon after the sessions. Just keep in mind that the Stazione Marittima needs to be closed at 19:00.
