The next Euro-VO project, CoSADIE (Collaborative and Sustainable Astronomical Data Infrastructure for Europe), is currently in negotiation with the European Commission, for a start on 1 September 2012. This is a small, 2-year project (a Coordination Action in EC vocabulary), aiming at continuing coordination of European VO activities and at performing a feasibility study for a sustainable European Virtual Observatory, in close collaboration with Astronet. Astronet (http://www.astronet-eu.org) is a European Network gathering nearly all Astronomy funding agencies, which develops a strategy for European astronomy. CoSADIE partners is led by CDS/CNRS, and the other partners are INAF (Italy), INTA (Spain), the University of Edinburgh (UK) and the University of Heidelberg (Germany), each partner representing a national VO project. ESA-VO is associated to the project. CoSADIE will organise a VO School and a Data Centre Forum, as well as a series of Europe-wide Technology Forums for the VO developers. It will also include consolidation of activities aimed at outreach towards education, and an assessment of their possible sustainability.
The current Euro-VO project, EuroVO-ICE (International Coorperation Empowerment, http://www.eurovo-ice.eu), will end on 31 August 2012.
