    • Sara noted there may be a potential problem for a remote speaker with the current schedule for GWS; will ask Jesus to comment

  • Mtg between P3T /Apps on Oct 16 @20 UTC with really good participation at 22 attendees; meeting notes are here:

  • P3T team presented Documents and prototype work completed so far
  • Discussion with Apps and that was constructive and supportive with some concerns
  • Concerns centered on ...
    • backward compatibility with client code
    • major version changes to standards in the VO in general (somewhat tangential)
    • It was noted that there is code in the VO with different versions of the standards deployed (somewhat tangential)

  • IVOA static website rebuilding - quick status -- Gregory working to update the Newletter for the new Web configuration; The overall project is basically on schedule; meeting planned next week to review status; Jeremy requested a session but not sure it will fit.
  • DM running meeting (if not already discussed above) -- MCD review highlights of the DM running meeting checking on projects and making connections: VODML 1.1 - push forward with tasks on list; DALI; COAM overview and moving the library to IVOA standard models -- targetting discussions in Malta
