Unicode in VOTable Handling of non-ASCII text in VOTable is primitive and arguably broken. Following Markus's call to do something about this last Interop, there have been some discussion and proposals for exactly how to improve things. I will summarise where we are with this. |

| Matthieu Baumann | Implementation of HiPS3D extension in Aladin Lite within the SRCNet framework I present the implementation of the HiPS3D extension in Aladin Lite, enabling efficient visualization and exploration of large cube datasets directly in the browser. This work, carried out within the SRCNet framework, demonstrates how HiPS3D technology can support interactive navigation through GBs-TBs of spectral cube data. A live demonstration will illustrate the integration, performance, and the potential of HiPS3D for next-generation astronomical data exploration tools. |

| Thomas Robitaille | Support for HiPS and HiPS3D in reproject and glue I will present work I have done on implementing support for generating and loading HiPS and HiPS3D datasets in the astropy reproject coordinated package, as well as preliminary work to visualize such datasets in glue . |

HIPS and MOCs Progress Report Progress on HiPS3D (cubic HiPS) and FMOC (frequency MOC) has been rapid in recent months. We now have several independent implementations: Hipsgen, Aladin Desktop, and Aladin Lite for CDS, reproject & Glue by Thomas Robitaille (https://glueviz.org/). During the summer, Thomas R. proposed an evolution of the initial choices on FMOC presented two years ago, on which the new spectral HiPS3D are built. This evolution has been discussed and successfully tested. I will present these new choices, their rational and the implications they will have on the evolution of MOC standards for FMOC and HiPS for HiPS3D.

| Melissa DeLucchi | HATS: Progress Report We would like to deliver an update on HATS (Hierarchical Adaptive Tiling Scheme). The note was approved in August, 2025, and has seen increased adoption across archive communities. We will demonstrate some further integration with further existing VO architecture components, like registry. |

HiPS network status: new HiPS datasets, new HiPS nodes In this talk, I will present an overview of the most recent additions to the HiPS (Hierarchical Progressive Surveys) network. I will highlight newly generated HiPS datasets and introduce the new HiPS nodes that have joined the network. This will give an up-to-date picture of the HiPS network growth.
